STEP 1: Do you qualify?

To participate in our subsidized dental program, individuals must meet certain financial eligibility criteria. Low-income families and individuals receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) are examples of mandatory eligibility groups. Additional options for eligibility may include individuals receiving home and community-based services, and adults with income at or below 133% of the FPL.
